Version 2.0 · Effective 2026-05-26 · Replaces v1.0 (March 2026)
Identity
Who we are
DATRUM is a marketing and data engineering agency operated by Julio Luque Valdés, based in Ciudad de Panamá, Panama. We design distribution systems for professional services firms — websites, funnels, AI-search optimization, and analytics.
Name, email, and any notes you enter on Calendly's form
Meeting time and timezone
Automatically (every visitor)
IP address, user-agent, and request URL (Cloudflare logs — needed to serve pages and prevent abuse)
Anonymized analytics: pageviews, device class, referrer — only if you accept the cookie banner
What we do NOT collect
Payment card numbers or banking information
Government ID numbers
Health or biometric data
Any "special category" data under GDPR Article 9 / Ley 81 Article 7
Use
How we use your data
Generate and email you the PDF diagnostic report you requested
Reply to your inquiry or follow up on a strategy session you booked
Operate and improve the website (anonymized analytics, if consented)
Meet our legal obligations under Ley 81 and GDPR (audit trail, breach notification readiness)
We do not sell your data, share it with advertising networks, or use it for unsolicited marketing campaigns.
Sharing
Who we share data with
Only with subprocessors we have contracted to operate the service — Cloudflare, Google Analytics (if you consent), GitHub, thum.io, Calendly, plus our own Cloudflare Worker storage. The full list, what each one receives, and where they store it, is on the subprocessors page.
We do not transfer data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Period.
Rights
Your rights as a data subject
Whether you're in Panama (Ley 81) or the EU/EEA (GDPR), you have the right to:
Access — a copy of the data we hold about you (GDPR Art. 15 / Ley 81 Art. 13)
Erasure — delete what we have about you (GDPR Art. 17 / Ley 81 Art. 15)
Restriction — pause our processing while a dispute is resolved (GDPR Art. 18)
Portability — get your data in a structured machine-readable format (GDPR Art. 20)
Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 21)
Withdraw consent — reopen the cookie banner via the "Cookies" link in the footer, or email us
To exercise any right, email [email protected] with your name, the email you used with us, and a brief description of what you're asking for. We respond within 15 working days (Ley 81) or 30 days (GDPR) — whichever is shorter for your case.
Retention
How long we keep your data
Diagnostic submissions: 24 months, or until you request deletion
Calendly booking data: per Calendly's own retention policy (we don't store a copy)
Cloudflare request logs: 30 days (rolling), then purged
Google Analytics events: 14 months (GA4 default), if you consented
Email correspondence with us: indefinitely, unless you ask us to delete it
Consent
What you consent to
By using the diagnostic widget, you explicitly consent to:
Storage of your email and URL submission in our Cloudflare Worker
Generation of a PDF report (in your browser; no extra data sent)
Receiving the report via email if you opted in for that
Processing by Julio Luque Valdés (DATRUM) for the stated purposes only
Your consent is free (you can use the rest of the site without it), informed (this policy explains it), specific (only for the purposes listed), and revocable (you can withdraw any time).
Cookies
Cookies & tracking
Strictly necessary: none — the site works without setting cookies.
Analytics (GA4): Only loaded if you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. Uses anonymized IP. No ad-tracking identifiers. No cross-site profiling.
Third-party advertising: none. We don't run an ad network or share data with one.
To change your choice, click "Cookies" in the footer to reopen the banner.
Transfers
International data transfers
Some subprocessors (Google, Cloudflare, GitHub, Calendly) are US-based. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (where the subprocessor is certified) and on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as a backup. Cloudflare edge processing happens regionally where possible.
10 — Changes
Changes to this policy
We update this page when our practices change. The version number and effective date at the top are the source of truth. Material changes will be noted on /security with a date. Continuing to use the site after the effective date means you accept the changes.
Response window: 48 hours for general inquiries, 15 working days for data-subject requests
If you're not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the Autoridad Nacional de Transparencia y Acceso a la Información (ANTAI) — Panama's data protection authority — at antai.gob.pa. EU/EEA residents can also contact their local supervisory authority.
